Cancellation Policy.

Our sessions are booked in advance, the time is reserved especially for you, and preparing for your visit can involve a significant amount of work for us. Therefore we do not offer refunds.
However, with sufficient notice we are happy to reschedule your visit:

• 1 week notice or more - free to reschedule.

• 2 - 7 days notice - $50 rescheduling fee (we will have already have begun preparations for your visit).

• Within 48 hours or 'no show' - no refunds or reschedule (full loss of fees paid).

  Sessions will go ahead in all weather including rain, except for extreme heat, storms and dangerously heavy rain as determined by Koolah Creek. If a session is cancelled by Koolah Creek, guests have the option of a refund or rescheduled booking.
  
  If you are running late, your session will be shortened accordingly and will conclude at the scheduled finish time. Arrival more than 20 minutes after the booked starting time will be considered a 'no show' if contact has not been made to Koolah Creek by phone call.

  
  We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time. Any exceptions will be made at our own discretion.

Risk Warning.

• Entering the farm and participating in activities including interacting with livestock is inherently risky - entry and participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk. All guests are required to sign a waiver of liability form before participating.

• Our cattle are very placid, but they are living animals, and like any animal they may behave unpredictably. They weigh hundreds of kilograms and they also possess horns.

• Koolah Creek is a working farm. There are electric fences, uneven ground, grass, mud, and cow manure.

Important Information.

• Koolah Creek is a working farm - ensure you are dressed appropriately & wear enclosed shoes. Stirdy enclsoed shoes are compulsory for all visitors and gumboots are highly recommended. The tour involves walking on uneven ground, there may be mud and cow manure.

• Children must be fully supervised by a responsible adult in your group at all times throughout the session. Guests are responsible for managing the behaviour of children in their group and ensuring they follow the rules & directions of Koolah Creek staff.

• Koolah Creek is also our home, so please be respectful of any areas that are off limits during your visit.

• Please bring your own snacks & drinks as we don’t sell refreshments.

• Please follow any instructions so we can ensure the experience is enjoyable for both you and our beloved animals!

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to our property. We reserve the right to terminate a visit if visitors do not follow our instructions or behave unacceptably.

• Amateur photos are welcome, for professional photos we work with LySar photography only.
